I was apprehensive about getting fit because I really didn't know what to do. I'm not super athletic or strong, but I knew I wanted to gain some muscle or just feel better about my body. LSF's Hot Body Sweat Guide is great. It tells me exactly what I need to do, how long, and what I should look like doing it. I can't go wrong with those instructions! Overall, I'm on week 4 and I am feeling stronger. I can last through the whole workout without tons of verbal reminders to keep going (lol), and I feel happier and healthier because of it!

Got my sister doing it with me. And my mom! It’s challenging but I never dread it. I burn a lot of calories during the work outs and I feel the burn. Great work out plan! We are never bored! And we love Katie and Team LSF!

I am on week 2 day 4 of the hot body sweat guide and I am loving it! As a stay at home mommy to two precious girls (3 almost 4 2) who play baseball, dance and go to 3k from 9-12 these short exercises make it easy for me to do them and get a shower while my oldest is at preschool. Even though these workouts are short they leave me feeling like I’ve ran for an hour! I love the hot body sweat guide and so will you!

LOVE!!!!!! I’ve been doing the LSF daily moves since December but decided to finally go for it and buy the HBSG!! I am so happy with my decision!!! It’s an awesome workout/plan and the support you get with it is out of this world!!!

I decided to purchase the 8 Week HBSG after learning more about Love Sweat Fitness and I could not be happier! I was looking to get back into a more consistent workout routine and Katie's guide makes working out so much fun. I look forward to working out every day. The layout is easy to follow and she mixes in HIIT, low intensity cardio, works the entire body, or specific parts of the body depending on the day so you're getting variety and not hitting plateaus. I'm definitely seeing results and feeling more fit. I highly recommend her guides!!

I'm on week three of eight of the hot body guide. I love that the workouts can all be done from home and that they only take about thirty minutes. I also feel challenged and sore after-which is good!- but the workouts don't include moves that are complicated or hard to understand. I feel great so far and have been able to stick with this program! My one suggestion would be a clickable table of contents for the workout index and the whole guide in the iBook download. Sometimes I need to know how to do a move and I have to scroll through the whole workout index. Having a linked table of contents would be awesome!

I love the LSFHBSG because I can literally take it with me wherever I go. I’ve saved it to my iBooks on my iPad and cell phone and printed a copy. This way when I want the paper copy I can use it and when I’m traveling I use the digital copy. It also takes out the “thinking” part of working out. I’m the kind of person who loves classes because you just do what the instructor says and can actually have fun without concentrating on what’s coming next. This allows me to do that as well because all the moves are set up for you. I contemplated a while before purchasing it, but I’m glad I finally decided to!
