I absolutely love this guide! It's so nice to be able to have your workouts organized! The exercises are great for any level. I love that it challenges you to push harder each week. I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting some fantastic workouts!

I've been into fitness for the last 8 months (this meaning regularly) but I've never finished a workout sweating as much as I do with this guide! I noticed toning and strength difference within 12 days! It's defiantly nice that this plan you can literally go to the top of a mountain and perform the moves. I take it anywhere and everywhere!

I've tried several different workout regimens; gyms, dvds, classes, etc. One of the best parts of the HBSG is that you can literally take it anywhere, I have it saved on my phone and computer so I can workout at home, at the gym or on the go wherever I am. It's convenient and literally takes about 30min to complete each day. I love that Katie gives you day to day instructions AND encouragement along the way. Another favorite of mine are the bonus workouts added to some of the days, just to push yourself a little farther and make the gains! Love being a part of such a great community and having such a wonderful workout tool at my fingertips!

No matter where you're starting from this guide is for you! The moves are simple enough so anyone can do them, but are effective enough that you will be sweaty and sore. I have found ways to modify or make thing harder. I LOVE the added Hot Body 100s and/or Ab Ladders for extra challenges on "easy" days (still not easy though). I can honestly say I feel changes in my body and I have only made it to week 4!

Katie's Hot Body Sweat Guide is fantastic! I love that as a beginner the plan builds in intensity. It has detailed pictures and descriptions of each exercise. The guide is designed to set you up to win. I also love that it can come with me on holidays too! My favourite aspect of the guide is I don't need to go to a gym to get "my sweat on" plus I can get an amazing workout in a short period of time. Thanks Katie

I've always felt that I didn't work out enough or I accidentally spent too much time on one body part or too little on another. With the hbsg I feel released of that worry and I can focus on getting stronger. I'm on my 6th week and I love it! And it positive, hard but fun and guilt free.

I love the sweat guide. Its simple and easy to follow and has so much info in it. It will save you so much in gym memberships! The exercise guide explains all the moves and has example pictures to. The exercises are about 30 min to complete (which everyone can fit in to their day).

I come from a background of doing extreme, repeatable workout programs which helped me to lose quickly, but gain back the weight and inches I had lost, just as quick. Katie's program is an easy step by step daily guide that I actually ENJOY doing daily. The workouts help increase your strength and endurance week after week, and I get to do activities every other day that I choose (and enjoy!) such as walks, biking, or hiking. I am really enjoying these workouts: they're about 30 minutes in length and different every day. Combined with the meal plan, I have lost 3 lbs in 2.5 weeks so far - I approve!!
