I really love the simplicity and flexibility of the guide! It’s easy to modify to my fitness level - up or down. I also really appreciate not having to do like 7 round of the same exercise over and over! Efficient and effective ☺️

My husband and I get up every morning and follow the guide! It is the perfect balance of workouts and cardio. It is definitely do able if you have a full time job. Each workout is about 30 minutes. Much more affordable and way more enjoyable than a gym membership!

I loved the Summer Shape Up Series really wanted to keep up my workouts once it was over. The full length video that Katie did of a HBSG workout during the SSUS sold me because it was such a great workout in such a short period of time! I'm 3 weeks into my first run of the HBSG and loving it!

The thing I love the most about HBSG is that the workouts don’t require a lot of time or equipment, but they are so effective! I love that it progressively gets a little more challenging so you know you’re making progress without feeling overdone or dreading your workout. So glad I bought it!

I tried a similar workout "at home" program, but found it was too intense after week 1 to commit to. I battled depression this last year and finding my motivation to work out was even more difficult than before! I decided to give Katie's workout guide a try since I liked her YouTube channel. The HBSG IS AMAZING. So doable! Enough of a challenge that I get sweaty during my workout and feel sore the next day, but not so overwhelming that its difficult to get motivated to get it done. It has enough of a pattern to know what to expect, but she always switches things up so its not monotonous and boring. So worth the splurge! Thanks so much Katie! XOXO

I love the guide! It’s really great to have a laid out exercise plan. I do wish it could have been purchased as a paperback with an ebook copy that comes with it. I do like the ebook, but I find it difficult to follow on my laptop when trying to do the exercises. I also just prefer having a tangible book, but I plan on printing the guide out and binding it. I think something that would be great would be a dvd version of the HBSG. I really like watching the LSF videos because I feel like I have someone in the room doing the exercises with me! Making a dvd complimentary to the guide would be awesome since LSF videos are really helpful and motivating!
