“I love the Hatch Chiles. I make Salas with them. The only issue I seemed to have, was the drying of them. I usually string and dry them. However we live in Georgia, we had a little wetter summer, more humidity. I tried drying in the oven, but didn't dry well. Other than that. Still love them.”

“My parents were super excited to see the quality and the beautiful chiles. It made me happy. However, I'm sad to say I will not be ordering from you again after I put in an order first thing and was contacted that I would not get my order that was paid for well in advance. I understand things happen and I'm sorry the crops and workers were not what was anticipated. I wish you all the best!”

“Most of the chili’s in my 5 lb box had already begun to wilt. Some of the chili’s were oozing and had to be thrown away. After roasting, the meat of the chili was thin, not the normal plump chili meat. I am disappointed with my order.”

Hi Shelly, I am so sorry! All of our 5lb boxes do come with guaranteed shipping. Did you reach out to our customer service team about the issue? We do require photos for a free reshipment. Unfortunately, the season has ended, so we will not be able to reship, but if you are able to provide us with a photo we can do a pro-rata refund or a discount on a box next season. Best, Saul
