“My parents were super excited to see the quality and the beautiful chiles. It made me happy. However, I'm sad to say I will not be ordering from you again after I put in an order first thing and was contacted that I would not get my order that was paid for well in advance. I understand things happen and I'm sorry the crops and workers were not what was anticipated. I wish you all the best!”

“Most of the chili’s in my 5 lb box had already begun to wilt. Some of the chili’s were oozing and had to be thrown away. After roasting, the meat of the chili was thin, not the normal plump chili meat. I am disappointed with my order.”

Hi Shelly, I am so sorry! All of our 5lb boxes do come with guaranteed shipping. Did you reach out to our customer service team about the issue? We do require photos for a free reshipment. Unfortunately, the season has ended, so we will not be able to reship, but if you are able to provide us with a photo we can do a pro-rata refund or a discount on a box next season. Best, Saul

“What a treat it is to receive a shipment from the Hatch Chile Store! Despite being too many states away from enchanting New Mexico, we can count on this store for getting us a piece of New Mexico to flavor our best meals, quickly and so fresh. I will have to order more next year having grossly underestimated how wonderful the chile would be and how well it would ship. Highly recommend for fresh, roasted, dry foods, sauces, all of these treats have arrived safely to us when we are away from our favorite state. Many thanks!”

“Roasted my 5lb order and placed them in the freezer for use in everything I need peppers for. I’ll use some in my black beans with bacon and kielbasa tonight. Or course it will have onion and garlic too. We put this over yellow rice I make with the same onion, pepper and garlic. Your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to the next fork full!!! I will order from you from now on and quit raising my own peppers. It’s too easy to get yours for as much as the plants cost to buy.”
