“Maxine Brown did try to help and did e mail me some documents to help me. She also transferred me to a man in "claims" who was very assertive but hadn't got a clue what he was talking about. He gave me the number of Covea where fortunately I spoke to a lady named Wallis who like your Maxime actually treated me like a Customer and helped me with my query.
I made three expensive calls to One Call, got passed about by people who were quite indifferent to my being a Customer.
Maxime is an example to those people of Good Customer Service which as a Company you are lacking”

“I called to make a name change due to recently getting married and was very dissappointed to find out that to change my name which took a matter of seconds it cost me £15.00
Ashley (AE2) who took my call was helpful but as I mentioned it was a very quick call and very quick to change my name but I can't believe for someone to type a name change cost me £15.00.
This is the only policy I've had to pay a fee on, all my other insurances there were no charges.”
