I spoke with Samual Wells (SW1) who was polite and very helpful but some of the information was given very quickly and it left me asking for things to be repeated. That said, I do have some sympathy for anyone in this sort of job. Having to repeat the same thing again and again has to be just a bit brain-numbing.
