“Adam was very professional and had the patience to run me through most of the policy which I found a good experience.
I did call earlier in the day to another of his colleagues and I nearly walked away as she was so rude. I don't have her name for reference but it is probably in the recordings...
Basically, I cooled off and called later then Adam convinced me with his attitude that this indeed was the right company to use.

That said, I do have some sympathy for anyone in this sort of job. Having to repeat the same thing again and again has to be just a bit brain-numbing.

“I have been dealing with RT6 who I found most helpful and ver pleasant. She agreed to call me back this morning just after 09.00 and she did exactly that. Not something that happens very often. If the rest of my experience with One Call is as good as this I would expect to be a long term client”
“Fast and friendly service from Rebecca (RT6) over the phone, good insurance though one or two of the potential admin fees/charges aren't made clear until recorded announcements after you've made a purchase, which feels a little off.”

“As I didn't read the whole of my policy just presumed I had exa\ctlt the same cover as last year which is what I asked for,customer services(sc3) called and advised that I hadn't got reduced excess as I had last year,so I was able to correct this at an extra cost.”
