“This will be my third year with One Call. I obtained my first year's cover via Moneysupermarket.com. As the renewal date approached I did a further check on the website and using the information provided I telephoned One Call to discuss renewal options. I was happy with the advice/guidance offered by your member of staff (Ref EM1) and as a result was ready to proceed with another year's cover. Doing most of the process online or by phone is most convenient for me.”

“Had a very poor start when tried to phone was put through all 4 options but no help was offered so I gave up then decided to go online to complete after doing this I received an e mail to contact to go through policy details again ----nightmare !!! after spending nearly 40 minutes and 3 calls to get hold of the person I needed to talk to I almost gave up yet again I'm sure you must be losing business !because of telephone staff handling customers is lacking no one knows which dept is required and options not covering departments required !!!!! However eventually I got through to JR 7 who was a pleasure to deal with and though a lengthy proccess I eventually got there she handled the final steps very satisfactory I am more than happy with her !!! I feel a lot of time on phone was unnecessary and probably very costly”
“After putting all my details on Confused.com the section was very good but the one that i was most interested in was One Call home insurance as I was already Insured with my car, on ringing I was connected with a young lady called Emma (EMI) she talked me through the process and explained every thing to me very clearly, She was polite and did not rush through the process with no pressure I was most impressed and very delighted with the price at the end thankyou.”
“Applied for car insurance online and thought it would be as simple as it has always been, until i received an email the next day asking to phone onecall to confirm a few details over the phone then i found myself going through the whole application again providing the same information that i had already supplied the night before.. I did find customer advisor JR7 very helpful though as she asked for the extra documentation to be sent to her and she would personally sort them out herself...”
“Would NOT recommend this insurance provider. All communications have been laborious. Multiple requests for information were satisfied yet no one seemed to be updating the systems at One Call, this lead to numerous letters threatening to cancel my policy, this continued even after I'd spoken to multiple people and had uploaded documents numerous times to their online portal.
Overall a very poor, dissappointing and increasingly frustrating process.”
“Once I had managed to speak directly to the insurance provider, JR7, the lady who completed the process for me, was very helpful and explained all that I needed to know. Having completed the forms on-line, and uploaded required documents, it was a little tedious to go over everything again during the telephone conversation. I appear to have bought a good product. I hope it proves to be as good as advertised! Only time will tell.”
