“I spoke to a nice lady EM1who went through the policy with me. I saw the policy through internet website moneysupermarket.com. It takes a while on the telephone to go through everything that is already on the internet but I could not use the internet web link to go through to One Call to confirm and pay for the policy. I appreciate your call centres are busy but they really need to slow down a little when reading their script so that one can hear and digest what is being said. She was able to access the on line account I was on and helped me from what she could see. I am happy with the policy. I already have car insurance through One Call and expected a discount but the price was still kept the same. Overall a good experience. It is what it is!”

Then he put me on hold and kept me waiting for ages! Due to that will not insure with your company again and will write a feedback on every possible web site to worn everyone about your customer service! I never had such a bad experience from someone who should try to help you. Hope will never have to deal with Aaron again! I strongly thinking of complaining about him and the experience!”
