“Renewal experience with RT6 was quick, efficient and polite. Couldn't ask for more.
Claims experience was not so good. 24 call out for a plumber was of no use. My shower pump started leaking at late at night, and the earliest an 'emergency' plumber could be provided was 5pm the next day. Luckily I was able to isolate the water supply to the pump, otherwise the damage (and the claim) would have been far worse.”
