“I needed a new battery for my Navigator, and a courteous young man named Riddick was dispatched to my home. After an exchange of pleasantries, Riddick tested my old battery and alternator and replaced my old battery. The whole exercise took less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“Excellent!! Great Service & Excellent Help! Thank you ... "DRE" from Charlotte North Carolina Above & beyond what we expected. Our car was dead in the driveway after it was towed & jumped . Finally we called 1-800 Battery. A neighbor suggested. OMG.. we had tbe car jumped & happy with I AM HOUR. DRE is professional and knowledgeable and quick, and drove a while to find us.
