“Very easy online to pick a battery and schedule service. An excellent technician showed up at my house within 4 hours, and completed the complex job of removing and reinstalling a lot of plastic in the engine compartment to access the battery. And, the car required computer synch with the new battery, which the technician easily accomplished. Great job done fast.”

“After a nasty cold spell, my car battery would not turn over. I'd tried getting ahold of AAA, (HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE WITH AAA!) I went onto 800 battery's site and got lined up with someone to jump the car and put in a new battery. Wonderful man, Spencer, got the car running, and cautioned me that the car needed to be calibrated due to pushing too much amperage to the battery, which is why it failed. He recommended my getting that corrected before putting in a new battery. He could have charged me for a new battery, (I would never have questioned it) but didn't. You don't find service like that every day- I am truly grateful! Thank you!”
