“The process was seamless. I knew it was battery issue but worry that it could be more. I have 2008 Prius still in good condition with all parts working. From the time I placed the order to the battery installation, the service went as planned with no hiccups. My only issue is the usability of the website email. The email was too wordy and I had to read a lot of text just to find the current status. My experience would be more relaxed, but i would still recommend this service.”

“The process was pretty straight forward, placed the order, they came the next day with battery and installed it. It o ly took about 30 minutes from when he showed up until he drove away. It was well worth it”

“This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic or car repair. Chris was so prompt and handled everything so calmly. I would ask him to fix my whole engine if I could. I am so grateful to the entire team at 1-800-Battery for their support team on the website and how much they eased my anxiety to fix my battery at my house without any issue. I can’t rave enough about how well they take care of customers. I so grateful for Chris and the entire customer service experience. It’s so rare these days.”
