“My technician was absolutely excellent. I have an incredibly hard car to work on and it was a hard situation cause snowstorm and he had to keep moving his truck due to the snow and one way street, a situation that would make anyone scream. He calmly finished the job, I am incredibly grateful. One of the best consumer experiences I have ever had. The technician I had would be an asset to any company. It’s always great to see someone take so much pride in their work and service.”

“1800 Battery did a great job. they got my battery replaced within a few hours of me calling. All questions were answered via phone while I awaited the tech. The tech was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. had the battery replaced properly within minutes and answered all questions I had right in my driveway. Great job.”
