“I was not familiar with this business, but glad I was able to find them. I am one that is knowledgeable enough about car mechanics to be dangerous. I can do oil changes, brake pads, drums, headlights, batteries and most of the basics. While I consider the battery to be one of the "basics" even though where some of these car companies put them these days make them more than just basic, I normally will try to tackle it myself. However, when you don't have the time to do it, it’s nice to know this service is available, especially if you have a vehicle you can't get started even with a jump start. What's even better, THEY WERE PHENOMENAL and SAME DAY SERVICE. I was at work and needed a battery replaced in my son's girlfriend's car and trying to figure out how to make it happen when I came across 1800battery.com on YouTube of all things. I went to their website, placed the order, they came out that day and got it taken care of. The communication on the website was super quick with replies anytime I checked the status of the order through their chats, and Marshal, the tech that came out, was SUPERB!! We highly recommend these guys if you need a battery replaced and don't have the time or ability to get it done.”

“1.800.Battery.com was quick and responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. We were getting ready to leave for my 70th birthday dinner. Got in the car and nothing. Dead as dead could be. It was shortly before 4pm on October 7th, 2025. We went back in the house and I immediately got online to search options. 1.800.Battery popped up in my search so I clicked on it. It showed I could get an appointment for that very evening! I proceeded to place my order and with in 2-1/2 hours I had a new battery in my car at a very fair price. They even upgraded my battery as the one I ordered wasn't in stock. So while we didn't make it out to my birthday dinner, we discovered a quick and easy way to get the battery replaced with zero hassle!”

“I started my Monday morning with a dead battery. UGH!! Researched in between work & called Battery.com. They were already closed but contacted me first thing Tuesday morning. I had my battery replaced, installed & ready to go by 4pm. What a Lifesaver with No hassles at all. Nathaniel took care of everything. Thank You All @ Battery.com!! “Turn around was quick, it was techs first time changing the 12 v battery in a polestar 2 and he took his time to figure out how to get to the battery (not the easiest). Everything came back fine once installed.”
