“Turn around was quick, it was techs first time changing the 12 v battery in a polestar 2 and he took his time to figure out how to get to the battery (not the easiest). Everything came back fine once installed.”

“My 2020 BMW needed a new battery. I called the dealership, they said a tech would call me back with pricing and availability. I called two other BMW mechanic shops, one said they'd call me back, the other said they couldn't change a battery at this time. I got online again to search for more local shops, and kept seeing the sponsored ad for 1-800-Battery so decided to check out the website. I punched in my zip code, VIN, and the website generated what battery options were available for delivery with install. I picked one and paid on the website at 3pm. By 4:45pm I had the install technician calling me to tell me he was heading my way and would be at my house in about 45 minutes. He arrived right when he said he would, had the battery changed and programmed within an hour of arriving, in the rain! Everything is working as it should, no issues. I am highly satisfied and so thankful with the quick response time. By the way, I'm still waiting for the dealership and the other place to call me back over a day later!!”

“The batteries on these newer cars are such a pain to change out! Woke up Monday morning with a dead battery. I simply did not have time for this today! Went to price a new battery on google and saw this service. What a great idea! I could still work (from home) and not waste my time working the the dumb car! The tech showed up in a couple hours and was done in maybe half an hour. It would have taken me a half day to figure out how to get one out and back in. You have to run to the auto parts store (in a different car the first time) twice. Once for your new battery, and again to recycle the old one and or get a core return... After buying a battery, the additional cost for the mobile tech was about $100. Well worth my half day or so. Also, a three year warranty! He said he would come back if there are any issues. Super pleased. This guy saved the day!”

“What a great service, easy and affordable. The attention to detail with tracking of the service provider and accurate timing was great! Benjamin the service provider was awesome. He did a thorough check and spent the time to show the battery can be removed and tested outside of the car. He left me comfortable that my car was safe to drive with the new battery. I will definitely recommend your service to anyone I know if they have a battery issue. Thank you for offering a great service at an affordable price.”

“Saved the day! I had a completely dead battery so dead it wouldn't hold a charge long enough to get to the auto parts store and I don't have any close friends where I live- I was completely distraught for days. Then a Google search came up with 1-800-battery and a few hours later my vehicle was running again. The person they sent out was kind, professional, and reassuring. Took him less than 30 minutes! Hopefully I won't have to use this service again but if I do I'm definitely choosing this company.”
