“I did indeed order a battery from 1-800-Battery! It was a pleasant experience and the order was taken in a short time and the man was very pleasant. They help me get the right battery and I paid for it and I also paid the core price to keep the dead batteryto take back to the store I bought it from. Which I was happy that they let me do that. Ezekiel is the man who came out with my battery the next day and he was truly a very pleasant man and took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. He made sure that the battery was installed perfectly and my car was running good before he left. It was a very successful experience for me and I would definitely recommend my friends and anyone who needs help and don't have anyway to get help! Very nice people work at 1-800-Battery! They get 10 STARS The delivery took a little longer than expected but that was not a problem for me and once he got here he did a superb job!”

“Because my battery died over the weekend, I wasn't sure I could get it replaced before the start of my work week. Fortunately, the car was in our garage at home, so no need to rush. I used the online portal to request a battery that best met my needs. Communication was prompt and I received updates as my request moved through the process.”

“I'm not gonna lie, I was quite skeptical at first. But when the driver arrived and installed my battery, I was amazed by the service. It was hassle free and the guy was so nice. The purchase was worth it. They came to my building's parking and installed the battery with ease. I just hope after sales service is as superb the moment you're after customer service.”

“Josh was my installer and the installation on a Pontiac Solstice is very complicated with the removal of a fender side panel necessary for the installation. Josh was awesome. Install went very smooth and I am completely satisfied with the service and would recommend Battery.com to anyone.”
