“Our technician was amazing. He not only tried to jump the car for us, but cranked it up onto a jack and checked underneath to see if he could help get the starter going. Turns out either our starter or alternator are toast, but he was so helpful and did more than he needed to. Really nice guy and super knowledgable.”

“It may seem a bit pricey to get a battery this way but it was a good experience and I am now ready without having to interrupt another person's day. On-time with their ETA and ready to roll. Thanks, 1-800 Battery.”

“After reading all the reviews about this site i thought it was going to be a bad experience. But i had no other choice. Now i have to be honest, this worked out great for me. After a bad storm in the north east my battery was done for. I was going to have one delivered to my house and install it myself but didnt have the tools or time. I was lucky enough to not be stuck on the road somewhere. Now they did come LATE (about and hour and a half), but i knew they would because of how bad the storm was. They called 30mins before to tell me he was on his way. The guy came and was very nice and very quick. I think peoples experience depends on where you live. I would give 4 stars for being late but with the storm and the guy being so nice I will give 5. I would look for reviews in your area before ordering their service because it can clearly vary.”
