“I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SERVICE AND THE TECH, MAVERICK. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND GOT MY VEHICLE UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAVERICK THE TECH AND THIS SERVICE . ALSO, I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND REASONABLE.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service at 1-800 Battery.com's agent. Everything was explained in simple terms so I as a customer would understand what exactly will occur and what was included. The price was definitely right and the technician Donnell Carrington was prompt, very knowledgeable and more than prepared for the job which only took him only about 30 to 45 minutes at the most; particularly on what had to be done to remove the battery in my 2017 Ford Focus S Sedan. To say that I'm pleased is an understatement!”
