“I found 1-800-Battery on line, and since I did not have a referral from a friend, I was somewhat hesitant to use them, but, since they offered everything I wanted from battery choice based on my vehicle to installation right in my garage (no towing required!), I decided to give them a try. Everything was perfect. The communication about where my turn was in the queue to how long until the installer would arrive was excellent. James, the installer, was kind, knowledgeable and a good teacher. He even gave instructions about the best, least expensive way to fix a different issue with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this company and their installers.”

“JW is an on time knowledgeable technician that replace my automotive batteries. He had a glitch with installing one battery but would not leave, he took me to the dealership to get another battery. He wasn't leaving the job until my car was up and running. That's something that he wanted to do ! Complete the job and remarkably the company dispatcher was agreeable. True test of a company and a person that wants customer service. They took a negative and turned it into a positive experience.”

“SO convenient! Needed a new battery in our dependable Toyota Highlander. 1-800 Battery came to our house and replaced for the same price as a local shop without the hassle of taking and picking up car on a busy work from home day. Gentleman who installed was prompt and super professional!”

“We use this service a few days ago when our battery died at the grocery store after we had already charged it several times, making it clear that it was dead. Honestly, I was shocked at how efficient and effective it was. Maybe my hopes were down for some reason, but it was incredibly quick and well done. Will definitely use it again.”

“I usually change my own battery, but really didn't feel like getting out there in the 29 degree weather to deal with it, so I called. Very good overall service. Telephoned to let me know the status of my order. Technician came during the scheduled time period. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and finished the job in about 10 minutes. Price was competitive but the convenience was fantastic! Highly recommend and A+ service.”
