“I could not be more pleased. Mike, your technition, arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgable. This was a difficult job as the battery is located under the passenger seat. Nevertheless, he did the work without complaint. I've owned employment agencies for 50 years and have seenn the quality of workers decline drastically. This was not the case with Mike. Don't lose him. Guys like him are a rarity today.”

“Fast and convenient and safe! Not having to get a tow and having it all squared away within 2 hours of ordering in 100+ degree temperatures was quite nice. Tod was very amiable, not creepy, and let me observe. I didn't know my battery was buried in the back of my car lol. I had it replaced last time at the dealership. Tod noted the stabilizer bolt to hold the battery in place wasn't bolted in, even though there were no issues with it (not stripped), so he did a better job than the dealership since it isn't likely that driving it made it unscrew and fall out of place. With past battery issues, I'd jumped it (from the front), and this time it didn't work so I was glad for this option. The car has been running great. I believe there is a warranty, as well. Depending on the kind of battery you get, the cost is comparable to having it done at a shop. I was skeptical because it was fully online, and I didn't know anyone that used them before. It's only been a couple of days, but the cars doing good. I highly recommend for getting it done.”

“One of the easiest and painless processes I have done. Got an email driver had been selected, a couple of hours later battery was in and car was running. Saved the hassle of towing to dealership to have them install the battery. Not easy to get to them as the old days when it was two screws in and out.”

“It was absolutely my pleasure dealing with your company when I had to replace my battery. The service man came right on time in a beautiful air conditioned car that he let me sit in while he did the work,, and all in all it was a great experience. I am telling all of my friends.”

“I had booked for a Sunday and they called to say they may or may not have someone to come out since there are less techs available. I was fine with that, but someone did come that day and i greatly appreciated it especially with it being so hot out.”

“Called at 8AM had an installed battery by noon, great service. The installer was professional and complete 5he change in under 15 minutes. The charge was fair and I would use them again.”
