“It took about 2 hours from the call to 1-800-BATTERY until completion of the battery installation. The man who came to do the work was pleasant and competent. I now have peace of mind that I won't be stranded due to a dead battery in this cold weather.”

“Great service. We had 10 inches of snow and more snow and more snow and cold coming. My battery was 6 years old and I was afraid to drive and get stuck. I saw your company on line and called about 9 in the morning and around 3 Elite Smith arrived. He was professional and did a great job.”

“We so much appreciated this service when my battery died. Our technician Kevin Hargrove, was very courteous , efficient and professional. He arrived when expected and diligently got to work.
