“Very satisfied with entire experience from time of request entry to installation of new replacement battery. Only individual with whom I spoke was incredibly courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Also very much appreciate the 3 yr warranty on the product”

“The experience was very positive. Placed the order online and in a couple hours my battery and the installer came directly to my location and installed, and took the old battery. The installer was efficient and made sure it was working properly. Very courteous and a flawless process.”

“Technician Jeff Walker is amazing. He gets 5 STARS. He came down to Naples and replaced my battery during the afternoon traffic on 75 FT Myers to Naples. He completed each step of the process and explained each step along the way. Jeff and Batteries + saved my day.”

“I asked for a new battery early in morning and by 9:30 my car was ready to go on the road. I liked that I could choose between several battery options. Greg replaced the battery and he was very experienced and also great chat with. I went to battery.com after AAA was not vey responsive.”

“I can't speak much to the price, as I was more concerned with convenience at the time, but it seemed fairly on par with what a shop would charge. My technician Issac was awesome. After I finished the online transaction, he was in communication with me within less than about 30 minutes and I was back on the road within a couple hours. No jump starts. Didn't even leave my home. To top it off, Isaac and I also had a great conversation. Solid dude.”
