“I had a dead battery in my BMW suv, and the car wouldn’t start even with the jump cables (at least not through the contacts meant for it, didn’t try directly through the battery). Placed the order online, got immediately a call and 2.5h later a technician came and swapped in a new, equivalent, battery. Very happy, avoided towing the car to a stealership.”

“Placed the order to have battery replaced in a car that was in a different state. The rep was very accommodating and nice. Answered any and all questions we had and continued to get updates throughout until battery was installed. I would definitely recommend 1 800 Battery.”

“What a convenience it was; appointment made, then contacted for clarification. Technicain showed up on time; knowledgeable on my make and model car. He had all neccessary tools. The job was was done in under 30 mins. The price was comparable to the mechanic at the garage.”

“The process was quick and easy and took less than a day to complete. The tech was quick and curtious and install the new battery without issue. My only complaint was that I was not given an option to set a scheduled window of when the tech would arrive and only got an 8 minute notice via text message that he was on the way. While I was home anyway, if I was not available there was no way to notify the driver or rechedule. An option to schedule something in advance would, I believe, make it better for both parties so the customer knows when to expect the deliver/installer and the installer doesn't have a wasted trip.”
