“Excellent Service. Ordered the battery and service then a half an hour later I got a call from David Martin that he was on his way. He would stop for a battery. A half an hour later he was here from a place 25 minutes from away. Took 15 minutes to install. He was fast, courteous, friendly, and professional. I'm so happy. It was easy. I didn't have to do anything but sign. David Martin did a great job in Westminster, CA Thanks.”

“At 4 PM I discovered that the battery on my 2012 Sequoia was totally dead. I went on line and contacted 1 800 battery and by 6:30 that same evening I had a new battery installed. I couldn’t be happier on how it worked out. The technician was prompt, experienced, and new exactly what to do. Based on my experience, I would recommend 800 battery to anyone.”

“I found 1-800Battery easy to work with. I went online and scheduled next day service. Shortly thereafter, I received an email confirmation. The process was simple and straightforward. The technician - Eddie Davis - arrived earlier than scheduled and worked quickly and professionally to replace my battery. Eddie was great! He was patient, pleasant and completed the replacement conscientiously. Loved everything about 1-800-Battery! Amazing service!! When I do need a battery, I will call 1-800-Battery… (R&D ROADSIDE)”

“Bigg Rob the serviceman who detached my old battery and installed the new battery was perfect. Efficient, warm and polite,, which is a winning combination. Chris the scheduler was good too. Without him none of it would have happened. I’m eternally grateful to the Svcs. Of 1-800 Battery.com for rescuing me when I really did need it.”

“Absolutely recommend them. The convenience is unmatched. They came out on a Sunday within 2 hours and completed the job in 10 minutes. You pay for the convenience but it was worth it.”

“I had been having a difficult time getting service to replace my battery through different online services. I found 1-800Battery easy to work with. They got me scheduled and offered the next day and also set it up so that if services could be provided earlier they would let me know. The technician did come a day earlier than scheduled (same day) and worked diligently through a tough replacement. Timothy Pettigrew was great! He was patient, pleasant and completed the replacement professionally. Thanks for the prompt and quality service!”
