“This site made it simple and easy to: 1. Find the exact battery I needed for my car; 2. Assign a business that serviced my car at my location; and 3. Was able to track the mechanic (who was practically on-time) that came and installed my new battery before leaving for work. A+++.”

“Easy website to use. Bought a battery and scheduled an installation to take place 2 hours after the purchase. They arrived about an hour early and were quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend 1-800 Battery.com.”

“I was really stuck in a jam. Weather was nothing great and had to be at work in less than an hour! Wlimer S. came out and took care of everything in the time it took me to get a cup of coffee!!! Excellent service right when I needed it. I would recommend wholeheartedly.”

“Daysion was here 3 hrs after appointment made which was estimated on a busy snowy day to replace my truck battery. He was very nice and made quick work of replacing my dead battery with a brand new one which I had chosen. The service and peace of mind was worth every dollar spent especially when all I had to do is wait for him to arrive. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who would prefer great service without all the work of dealing with it themselves! K.L.”

“My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was giving me hard time for a few days. I had to call roadside assistance twice to jump-start my car. I drove to a couple of auto parts outlets to see if they can help me to check the battery life and replace it if needed. One of them was able to help check the life but was not able to replace it. I called and asked more than 5 shops for help, but nobody knew how to do it. Then I searched for at-home service and found 1800-battery. It was quick to call and schedule an appointment. The next morning their guy was at my place with the new batteries, but unfortunately, it was a bit larger. He ran to the shop and got the right fit and replaced it in 15 minutes. I was very happy when he said now you are good to go, sir. Thank you 1800-Battery.”
