“Good people all along the way...customer service (the music on hold is dreadful) and the actual service/driver were excellent The driver was able to be positive and upbeat after a day of very cold jobs all over the area. It's too bad, but understandable that he arrived 4 hours after promised time.”

“The weather was -30 couple of days ago and my car wouldn’t turn on. My battery died and i called them and they came to my house and installed a new battery for me. Very helpful”

“I found the company on line. Called and they promptly confirmed they had a battery for my car and at a decent price including delivery and fitting. They took payment and a representative arrived at the building garage (Upper West Side. NYC) within 2 hours. He fitted the battery and removed the dud one. The failed one was from a well known supplier and only 1 year old but to go through the hoops to prove it a dud and get it replaced simply not worth the effort. I wish I had known of 1-800-Battery before. A great service and firmly one of my "go to's" in the future.”

“Service was great! Came home Sunday after traveling to a dead battery. Was able to schedule same day replacement. In about 3 hours from scheduling, I had a new battery and was back on the road.”
