“The technician Eddie was very knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was up and running. The wait time from when I put in the appointment to when he got there was about 4 hours but luckily I was at home and didn't necessarily have to be anywhere but it was very much worth the wait. I highly recommend.”

“I received help in the chat feature from someone who gave me all necessary information and answered all questions I had. He then set up my appointment with a local participating garage and within a relatively short time, my new battery was installed in my car outside my house. Car running, convenience great.”

“It was so great to order a battery online and have them show up to install it and not have to sit for hours at a garage. My only complaint is that they were supposed to be there at 9:00 a.m. and didn't get there till 11:30.”

“Very satisfied. The website ordering was clear and easy, setting the appointment was simple. The technician JOEL BARAJAS arrived exactly on time, was polite, friendly and professional. He completed the job without any problems and the battery and car are working fine. My only criticism was the phone wait time to speak with a representative, I finally had to hang up after waiting two different times and never getting through. However I used the chat feature and the chat reps were helpful and efficient. Thanks, I would use your service again and compliment Joel for this good work.”

“Someone showed up almost on the date to when the quoted time was when I placed the order - and they called ahead by about 40 minutes. Very impressive! Once he got there he quickly swapped my dead battery for a new one and I was good to go. I live in a semi-rural area and my neighbors were all at work, so I was pretty much stuck without 1-800-Battery and would have missed a lot more work if it weren't for this service. It's something you hope you never need but are really glad it's there when you do.”

“1-800-- Battery was an excellent company to use for my auto battery on site service. The system is perfect for updating information, pricing was very competitive, and the service from my technician Deshawn Chester was fantastic. Friendly, professional, informative and overall a comfortable period of time with the on site battery install. I would highly recommend 1-800 Battery to anyone needing a battery install.
