“First, the tech was about an hour late for my appointment time. This was a little agravating but understandable given the extreme low temps in Detroit yesterday. When Tyrone finally arrived, it was all business. He tested my old battery and verified that it was on its last legs. He then installed the new battery in my F250. He made sure that all truck memories were maintained. He explained my warranty and was “out of here” in about 30 minutes. Kudos to Tyrone and 1-800-Battery.com.”
