“My battery was dead and instead of getting a tow or a jump and getting to the dealer, I decided to give one 800 battery a try, and I am so happy I did! It was worth every penny. The technicians response was within the window I was given when I scheduled the ASAP service. Christopher B was super professional, polite and took care of my car in under 30 minutes! This was an excellent experience. Thank you so much for your great service!”

“My car would not start and I needed to replace my battery but due to my health, I knew I would not be able to lift a battery or get my car to the auto parts store where they would put it in for me. I was searching for a solution to this problem and found 1-800-Battery. I am afraid to try an online company I do not know but I felt it was my best and only option. What a nice surprise. Ordering was easy, guided to the correct battery and given options. Service was fast and professional. What a great find!”

“The ordering process was simple. Craig Z, the technician arrived in advance of the estimated time and I was able to track his travel as he was on the way to my location in real time. He quickly removed the old battery and installed the new one in a very competent way. He obviously had done this many times before. Would definitely recommend this service.”

“This is the best option if you don't want to go through the inconvenience of calling roadside assistance to tow your car to get the battery replaced at a shop, wait for your car's turn to get the battery replaced and going through the hassle of being upsold. With battery.com, I shopped for the proper battery at the price point I wanted to choose, and the battery was delivered and installed early the next day. I'm very happy with the service. Highly recommended.”

“Service was fast and easy. We couldn’t find any appointments at local service centers when our car battery failed while on vacation. We had a 15 hour drive ahead of us and needed service immediately. 1-800-Battery was at our hotel within 1.5 hours.”

“While the service is a little on the expensive side I’m so thankful they were able to come out and put a new battery in my car for me. The mechanic was super friendly and very helpful. I waited about and hour and a half and he was done in 30 mins. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed in the future!!”
