“The customer service rep on the phone was extremely helpful and the service technician was accommodating and did the job quickly! I had no idea this service was available before someone recommended it and I would use them again. My other choice was to have my car towed to a car service center and then pay to have the battery replaced. Battery.com was a much better option!”

“My battery died on a Saturday afternoon. I called AAA to have to wait 2 1/2 hours for assistance and when they showed up they didn't even have a replacement battery with them. I was then told they wouldn't have one until Monday when they reload the truck. I contacted 800-Battery and they arrived in 90 minutes with the battery. You get the service that you pay for...”
