“Our battery died in a restaurant parking lot. Little did I know that you have to dismantle the vehicle to get the battery out of our Ford Escape. The windshield wipers (!) have to come out, asking other things. I went to the 1-800-Battery website and quickly made an appointment. The earliest they could come was going to be 1.5-2 hours, so we got a ride home. The tech got there before we could get back and very kindly waited for us. He knew exactly how to get the battery out and very quickly got us back in the road. Very quickly considering the amount of work required. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our vehicle. Overall, in the same circumstances, I would call them again.”

“The customer service rep on the phone was extremely helpful and the service technician was accommodating and did the job quickly! I had no idea this service was available before someone recommended it and I would use them again. My other choice was to have my car towed to a car service center and then pay to have the battery replaced. Battery.com was a much better option!”
