“Battery had gone out shortly after moving, didn't feel like doing it myself. Did this online and it was super easy. Dude showed up ontime, changed a battery like an actual adult, and left. V gud.”

“I ordered a DieHard Gold replacement battery from 1-800 Battery in the morning and received a call from provider Lightning Roadside, Plainview NY in about an hour. I was told someone would come between 1-3 PM to replace battery, which was fine. Sometime after 2 PM I received a follow up call to tell me the tech was in the area finishing another job and would be here shortly. The tech then called me directly to say he was on his way and would be here in ten minutes, which was around 2:30 PM. When he arrived, I noticed he brought an Oxide battery, not a DieHard and I explained that wasn't what I ordered. He contacted his office to tell them there was an issue with order so they could straighten it out. Apparently, there was some disconnect between 1-800 Battery and this provider, so it was not their fault. The tech, Joe, then left but said he would contact me later. Within a short period of time Joe called again to say he was retrieving the correct battery and would be back in 30 minutes. He arrived as promised and installed the correct battery in my car. In spite of the mix up I felt the company and Joe, the tech, did an excellent job.”
