“If I could give 1-800-Battery six stars, I would. The company did everything possible to replace my drained-out car battery with the least amount of hassle. The person on the chat line answered all of my questions before I placed my order for a mechanic to come to my home and replace the battery with a new one two hours from the time of my call on a Saturday. I was given a link to be able to follow the mechanic, Ron Real, traveling to my home. He arrived on time and changed the battery quickly and efficiently. The service was not cheap, but it was worth every penny.”

“The tech was very professional and personable. The battery was swapped out in about 15 mins. Very quick. I was a bit disappointed the window for arrival was changed a couple hours but they did arrive at the new time as agreed.”

“I never knew this service existed and was worried about how I was going to get the car battery changed. So happy with my whole experience. Ordering the battery, setting up the appointment were all so easy and efficient. Kamall, my tech, was so very nice and explained every step he was taking. He was very professional and nice.”
