“The ease of getting this done was fantastic. Especially since I have a Chrysler 200 with the battery only accessible thru the wheel well. My driver/mechanic was very nice and did a great job. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a battery replaced on a newer, more difficult to access car.”

“Well, the mobile service was prompt. After a half an hour, I realized nobody was going to answer me in chat. Maybe because it is kind of an end of year holiday week. I went ahead and purchased anyway. Recently having had heart surgery, it was a sinking feeling to realize my car battery was dead. It lasted 3+ years. Back when cars were less attached to electrical and related systems, a battery would last 5 or 6 years. I am happy with the DieHard battery I purchased thru 1800battery.com. It is supposed to work great for the next 36 months. With the new battery, the car seems "perkier" in general when driving. Also, whoever dispatched my job did great, and the installer was prompt and professional. I liked him.I might have saved a few bucks by doing it myself if my health was better at present. It was very much worth it to have someone come out. I am very appreciative. Would I do business with these folks again? You bet. I also give 5-stars to customer service/dispatch who helped me and emailed me with updates. The lack of chat response, even after a half hour, was not as pleasing. Overall, the entire experience ended with excellent results. Great job. I rate 1-800 Battery a 5 out of 5.”

“I read either super good or terrible reviews online about 1-800 batteries, but I still want to give it the benefit of the doubt. I live in New England and my experience with them was excellent! The technician was on time and with the exact battery I ordered. The entire process took about 10 mins, at my driveway, and on the same day. I also asked the technician about the bad reviews online and he said it happened mostly in the south or west coast, where they may have fewer providers with a longer distance to cover. If you live in the East coast, I strongly recommend you to give it a try.”
