“They came on time. I was forced to choose online a battery a size smaller than what was in the vehicle originally. When they came they had the correct size battery with the proper CCA, so I was really happy with that.”

“Great service and great value! I was able to schedule a same-day installation on a Saturday. Tech arrived right on time. They sent me a heads up and provided a tracker so I knew exactly when he would arrive. I met him in my driveway, took him about 10 minutes to swap batteries out. Started the car on first try. He had a little advice about some things that had broken around the battery mounts. It was a great experience.”

“Amazingly good service. I checked the battery price with two or three other providers. Based on the battery type and size I paid about 15% more than if I picked it up and installed it myself. Well worth the extra to have it done at the house. The installer, Anthony, was on time and professional. It took him 20 minutes and it was done perfectly. I would use them again tomorrow if necessary.”

“Fantastic service and communication. I recommend strongly. My technician went out of his way to provide service at no extra cost or complaint, even driving to my location twice because I had neglected to mention my vehicle was a hybrid. I do recommend that 1-800-Battery add that question to their website for ignoramuses like me.”

“Juan was a huge help. He communicated effectively to coordinate the appointment, replaced the battery quickly, and stuck around to make sure my car started. The car had been dead for several days, and needed an extra boost so he worked with me to troubleshoot the issue until the car was on and running. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.”

“I woke up early Monday AM (~6am) to discover that my wife’s car battery was dead. We had a ton to do that day. I found 1800 battery, bought the battery and scheduled the install for 10am-12pm. The job was done by 10:45. In years past, this would’ve required a tow truck and waiting at a shop. We were done by lunch time, what an awesome experience.”
