“I can only review the gentleman that services the N Phoenix area as he has helped us out with two car batteries now (for two different vehicles). He is was on time, friendly, and quick! He also was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips. We'll definitely use this service again as long as he remains contracted with this company!”

“Even though there was a hiccup on the first attempt to bring my new battery, the technician handled it like a pro. After he returned to get the correct battery, I received a call asking if the technician could come in the morning, and I said no problem. The technician took it upon himself to bring it that night and performed the installation expertly. Your questions on time for delivery do not give same day as an option new battery was installed the same day I ordered it.”

“This is a great service here in Indy. I got my battery replaced without having to pay for a jump start or a tow. The price was right in line with what I paid to a garage for a replacement battery in my wife's car two years ago. The technician knew what he was doing. My only complaint was with communication from 1800battery.com. Soon after I placed my order, the status only said "awaiting pickup" and sat like that for close to three hours. Worried I wasn't going to get a new battery before the end of the work day, I finally called and they told me the technician was Eric and should be contacting me shortly. Sure enough, I got a call within 10 minutes and he was there in 10 minutes. He was in and out in around 30 minutes.”
