“Ryan was pleasant and helpful, and he got my car up and running again quickly. He made sure it was strapped down securely, as well. He very professionally navigated a small garage and tight quarters, and provided excellent service.”

“Overall the experience was terrible. I had to buy a new battery again the next day because the battery that was installed was an aftermarket model they didn’t fit the casing. The installed battery was not properly installed. Screws were loose and even stripped. When I called in I was basically told I was out of luck and that I should dispute charges. I am fairly certain if my name was Bob Smith I wouldn’t have received this type of treatment.”

“While not the least expensive option for battery replacement, it was extremely convenient. Within 3 hours of my call, a serviceman was in my garage changing my battery. The actual work was completed in 30 minutes with no mess and the desired result of a functioning automobile. I was extremely pleased with their service.”
