“My delivery and installation tech was amazing! He was punctual. He was knowledgeable. He took care of me so quickly and informed me of things I didnt know about my car battery. He was great!”

“I just bought the battery so it is too early to tell how the battery is. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. I also like the notification the company sent me all along as the tech was arriving to my home. It added to the "safety' factor for a single female like myself. I appreciated that.”

“I initially contacted 1-800-Battery after seeing their website while searching for help with my car. After speaking with a representative who was reassuring and informative, I decided to move forward with the service. I was told a technician would arrive within 2 to 3 hours, and to my surprise, they were exactly on time. The technician arrived, let me know I could stay inside, and handled everything efficiently. When I came back out, all my dashboard warning lights were gone, and my car was running smoothly again. I highly recommend 1-800-Battery—excellent service and a seamless experience from start to finish.”

“The experience was very positive. Placed the order online and in a couple hours my battery and the installer came directly to my location and installed, and took the old battery. The installer was efficient and made sure it was working properly. Very courteous and a flawless process.”

“Technician Jeff Walker is amazing. He gets 5 STARS. He came down to Naples and replaced my battery during the afternoon traffic on 75 FT Myers to Naples. He completed each step of the process and explained each step along the way. Jeff and Batteries + saved my day.”
