The comparison websites said i have an all inclusive insurance, i have screenshots on almost all (except breakdown cover) services included in the price. upon payment the certificate showed none of the services, I will have to pay for them whats more i am liable to pat admin fee for policy changes or cancellation. pure scam. and i cant log on to my policy at all.

It took the best part of a night and a day to sort the Insurance out. Issues with online accepting payment. A real hassle. Had it not been for my mistake of looking last minute I would have taken my service elsewhere. Only God knows what happens when people make a claim. You have to pay for a good service. I’ve learn’t.

Making a claim has been tiring. Had a not at fault accident at the beginning of November. Got the car back 2 and a half months later from the insurers repair team. During this time we have had no correspondence Other than one text to say the car would be ready a few weeks ago when it wasn’t. We had to return the courtesy car the day before we got our car back which was not convenient. We are still waiting to hear on whether the other party has admitted fault and whether we will receive our excess back as originally stated. Disappointed with the service and very poor communication.

Every year I seem to be able to go onto compare websites and get a significantly better quote with all the same details (as confirmed by one your telephone operatives), STILL WITH YOU, this year saving ~£150 / 33%. This ISN'T ACCEPTABLE, just ROBBERY praying that people auto renew. WHY can't you just provide me with the keenest price upfront? And why when your operatives turn off my auto renew feature, do i still continue to receive emails to renew?!?! JUST GET BETTER

I am very disappointed in 1st Central after getting my quote from go compare I telephoned the next day to pay the premium and was told it was £50 more ,it goes up daily and I should of paid premium as soon as I got quote . Spoke to a manager who was very unhelpful so I would not recommend them at all.

Easy to ensure the car but i had to change the policy as i bought a new economical and younger car . The new policy is more expansive than the old one plus i had to pay a fee. Not happy at all as other companies quoted me half price than 1st Central....

I was only made aware by a letter in the post from the police warning me that my car had been spotted for not being insured!! To my horror I had been driving around uninsured for 2 months!! So I immediately purchased my new insurance with you online. When talking to one of the staff on the phone post purchase I realised I had already been your customer for the last 3 years in a row. However each year you automatically renewed my insurance. Why did you stop? I'm also curious as to why my insurance has gone UP by over £100 regardless of having no incidents or requiring any additional add ons. Surely a loyal customer's insurance goes down over time? Not impressed, especially when I was pulled over by police later that same day for something that shouldn't have to have been a problem in the first place!

I can see we tried to contact you throughout your renewal but unfortunately didn't hear back so the policy didn't renew. Our prices are worked out in a live rating system and we will always give our most competitive premium, we can only apologise if this is more than your previous years price. I've just joined and my first call to the customer service personnel wasn't impressive. He was reluctant to assist. It seems he was already having a bad day. I asked him to explain my police well to me as i joined online, he said the documents are too long to explain so I should go to my portal to check them out.

Very disappointed so far. Quote from online states everything is included ‘as standard’ (personal injury, etc). Yet when I create my account and have paid, it reveals these actually have to be added at an extra cost !!! Ridiculous the be lied too
