“I could not place an order in my chosen browser, Chrome for Mac. It just kept saying there was nothing in my cart. So I switched to Safari and was able to get an order in, even if it rejected my credit card at first. Since I got no email that I placed an order, I did it again. My credit card approved both $1800 charges but thankfully took one away while it is pending. Says it won't ship for three weeks. Will I shop here again? Ask me in three weeks.”

“Do yourself a favor and just buy direct from manufacturer instead of through this company that drop-ships. So that, should an item arrive defective, you won't have to go through hell and high water to get a return label from Support (that treats the customer like a number, not a person) and then wait weeks to receive a refund, only for it to be the wrong amount.”
“I emailed customer service that the product I received did not match the description or picture on the website. However, I never heard back from them. This was frustrating especially since I spent $10 on shipping and when I returned an item previously I had to pay for shipping back as well which cost me almost $25. It is not worth it because you will be stuck with the item if you do not like it.”
