“It was certainly easy to make the purchase, but it's been 4 weeks now, and I haven't received my purchase, and there's no tracking number because it comes from England, and basically, I need to rethink the project and go in another direction because I have no idea when or if my wallpaper will ever show up (and these are only the samples, lord only knows how long an actual full order would take to arrive)”

“well, I placed an order about 5 hours ago and I've already received two marketing emails (requesting a survey and a 'shop MORE' discount code), but I have not received a receipt form the company, only from paypal. I can't answer any more of these questions yet, but I'm not too optimistic about customer service coming from a human being... final question is No AS OF NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND YOURE SENDING THIS SURVEY its annoying.”
