Shopping was great, only that I was promised delivery in 2-5 days, I am still waiting after 3 weeks.

I entered my order for an unusually attractive item, as well as my personal and billing information, which does take quite a bit of time. The next day I was notified that the item I ordered had been discontinued. I know it is not the fault of 2Modern that the item was not available, but it would be much better if you would keep track of your vendors' discontinued or out of stock items through regular reviews of your inventory and remove them from the website before anyone wastes their time by putting in an order.

The only disappointed is that the items that I ordered are back ordered by 8 weeks. It would have been nice to know that before placing my order.

This was a gift. But there was no opportunity to send a note. So I called but was on hold for 10 minutes. Finally given an option for a call back. I will withhold my true answer to the last question until the item is delivered.

I found the web page for this particular item confusing; I called twice for clarification and neither of the salespersons I spoke to were particularlly pleasant or helpful

I was ordering from Canada for an item with delivery in Brooklyn. Paying with my visa was a bit problematic. Maybe something to do with USA vs Canada. It eventually worked after a few attempts. That made me happy!

I could not place an order in my chosen browser, Chrome for Mac. It just kept saying there was nothing in my cart. So I switched to Safari and was able to get an order in, even if it rejected my credit card at first. Since I got no email that I placed an order, I did it again. My credit card approved both $1800 charges but thankfully took one away while it is pending. Says it won't ship for three weeks. Will I shop here again? Ask me in three weeks.

I love 2modern but the delay on this item was too long. I ordered my bench on Feb. 10 and was charged. I did not receive the bench until March 22nd. When I ordered the bench I was not aware of the delay until I received an email from them after placing the order. Had I ordered this through DWR I would have had the item within a week.

I loved the glasses I purchased when they finally arrived! Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken upon arrival. It till three calls and two emails to finally get customer service on the line. The reply I got was that they needed to check with management to see how the replacement would be handled. Thankfully the replacement arrived faster than the original order with out any further communication. My strong suggestion is to improving shipping time and customer service.
