“well, I placed an order about 5 hours ago and I've already received two marketing emails (requesting a survey and a 'shop MORE' discount code), but I have not received a receipt form the company, only from paypal. I can't answer any more of these questions yet, but I'm not too optimistic about customer service coming from a human being... final question is No AS OF NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND YOURE SENDING THIS SURVEY its annoying.”

“Website said the bar cart came fully assembled, it did not. Not hard to assemble but probably would not have ordered had the website said unassembled.”

“It seemed good online but the true test is whether they’re packed well and get here on time, whether returns are smooth if necessary, etc. Ask me again after all this has taken place.”
“As a new customer, I was entitled to use the SAVEFIVE discount code shown on your website. There were no restrictions out limitations shown. However, when I tried to use it, I got an error message that said my purchase was ineligible to use that discount for. That’s not right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Either offer the discount, or don’t, but don’t let a new customer think they’re getting a discount and then claim their purchase doesn’t qualify. Therefore, I’m unlikely to do business with 2Modern again; over ~ $45. Does anybody at 2Modern thinks that’s a good business strategy?”

Wait, what order is this for? I bought and received a mirror from you months ago. That went well. I placed an order for a radio this morning. That went well, too. What isn’t going well is this confusing survey.”
