“As a new customer, I was entitled to use the SAVEFIVE discount code shown on your website. There were no restrictions out limitations shown. However, when I tried to use it, I got an error message that said my purchase was ineligible to use that discount for. That’s not right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Either offer the discount, or don’t, but don’t let a new customer think they’re getting a discount and then claim their purchase doesn’t qualify. Therefore, I’m unlikely to do business with 2Modern again; over ~ $45. Does anybody at 2Modern thinks that’s a good business strategy?”
“My experience was fine. All I did was place an order. It went well, but it should have done so.
Wait, what order is this for? I bought and received a mirror from you months ago. That went well. I placed an order for a radio this morning. That went well, too. What isn’t going well is this confusing survey.”
“Love the selection but the online help is unhelpful. Is someone getting paid to tell people to call the store instead of using the online chat? What a waste of my time and 2Modern's payroll.”
