“The product I order didn’t meet my expectations, but what really is the most disappointing thing is the return process. You have to pay for shipping ( if it’s a piece of furniture imagine how much it costs). The items shipped has to be insured with a tracking number. You have to call the company to approve the return, then they send you an email with return instructions. If the item has free shipping they will deduct the shipping cost from the amount you payed the item. I would not do business with this company again. Too bad because they have some beautiful products on their website.”

“Online ordering was easy. Price was good. But working out issues with the Support team now to address a problem fitting the pieces of the bed together. Maybe wrong part sent or I’m expected to cut/sand parts to fit? I don’t think so…”
