Discovering 2Modern is going to get me in trouble. I absolutely love the product, the quality and designs are incredible. My shopping cart online is dangerously long : ) Highly recommend.

I have received multiple notifications that my item has shipped and been delivered but I have not received it. The item is on back order until Nov 15. I have no way to check on my order since all notifications say “delivered”. I even called customer service about this

i really like the product lineup. But I ordered a lamp and mistakenly ordered the wrong base. I ordered the correct one and then initiated the return process, which is the most restrictive and onerous return policy I have ever experienced. First, when you get the email telling you all the rules, you have 14 days to return it. I did not even receive the item for another week after that! Then you have to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back, include a copy of the email with a written explanation why you are returning it, even though the reason has already been given and if you mark the box at all, you will not get a refund. I have never seen anything so insane for a return policy and it will definitely guide future decisions.

My credit card was declined 3 times but I called and my bank said it was working fine, so it must be your web site. Upon checking my bill it says I was charged 3 times but it looks like you fixed 2 of them but I want you to take all charges off of my mastercard and there appears to be one left on there. Please remove it as I ordered the blanket on my amex. Thanks. It was a frustrating experience Barbara

The photographs were accurate and the descriptions spot on. I quickly found exactly what I was looking for and the ordering experience was simple and pain free. The lamp arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and right on time.
