Avoid this company at all costs. Same issue as everyone else refusing refund. Fobbed off all the time credit voucher, once you state your rights with regard to their terms and conditions commu nication ceases. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Absolutely disasters to deal with... Received email from Aer lingus start of November that my flight had been cancelled for 29th December so was told I would be refunded throw the agent which was alpha rooms I have been ringing almost everyday spoke to atleast 10 different customers service employees jasmine, Lauren Benjamin Mike Hanson kenneth Stanley ANNA ( AND ESPECIALLY REEVES WOULD PROMISE YOU THE WORLD) And today was told the same old stories they haven't received the refund from Aer lingus or that you will have to wait 1 year till fligt was ament to go or we will give a voucher or 3 months till fligt has gone money will be give back that was by floor supervisor Mike which was the only email in writing of alpharooms . Know Stewart greene the manager has told me to be patient for couple more days and all phone calls recorded they have been given me every excuse not to give me my money back €1800.00 know over 6 months waiting still waiting.. ABSOLUTE JOKE STAY WELL CLEAR

Terrible company,was supposed to go on holiday in December, obviously with covid it was cancelled,we have the credit but they keep saying no to a refund,why should they have 1200 pounds of my money,it should be in my bank account,going to try and take the matter further.

As many have said still waiting for a refund a year after travel was supposed to commence just contacted them and told that the financial department would be in touch within 1 week to arrange my refund t.b.h I don't have much faith in this phone call ever occurring. Would of given no stars but option didn't exist

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Booked a holiday that was cancelled due to Covid 19, got a call off Alpha rooms 3 months after we was due to go and they promised a refund to which I have never received, now telling me that i can only have a credit note and will refund in 12 months’ time if I don’t book which I don’t feel confident will ever happen! They continue to promise the earth and never deliver and back track each an every time you speak to them. Stay well clear, they are total con artists!!!

In the past before Truly Holidays took the over it was a great helpful company to book with. The call-centre was here in the UK, they answered within three minutes. Now that the call-centre is in India it is hopeless. I have just waited over half an hour to get a reply to be then told that my hotel money won't be refunded because I booked to fly in early May 2021 and the earliest that people can fly is May 17th. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Hotels.com are good to book with and Love holidays.

Worst company in the holiday business!! Booked and paid in full for a holiday that was cancelled due to Covid 19. They have changed the date of our refund 4 times now! It's now been 7 months from the date it was cancelled and they are still withholding the full payment for our holiday!

Had hotel booked for December 2020. Jet2 cancelled flights due to COVID. I informed alpha room’s on 17th of September and was told to wait between 24-72 hours and phone back and they would sort out refund after they had contacted the supplier. I did as they asked and it has been the same story every time I’ve called them. I have phoned again today 11/03/21 and been on phone for 30 minutes the first time and 27 minutes second time. I hung up in the end. After reading all the bad reviews about this company and the despicable way they treat people I will never use them again and urge others to think twice about using them.

I have been using Alpharooms for several years however I am finished using their services, booked accommodation and transfers however flights were changed so I contacted them to rearrange the transfer. Transfer failed to arrive so we were told to arrange a taxi and then claim the money back. I have been trying to do this for three months, Alpharooms fail to respond to emails or signed for letters. They are incompetent and inefficient, do not use this company. Booking ref ARNBUK235

We spent 5 months fighting Alpharooms to get our money back for our April 2020 holiday ( got it back via section 75 ), unfortunately , we had already booked our 2021 Feb holiday with them last Feb pre pandemic. Now our battle starts again. They have offered a refund credit note that expires Dec 2021 but state they will not pay out (if ever) before Feb 2022. BE WARNED KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Also go under the names - Teletext holidays & Truly Travel.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After my holiday was unable to go ahead due to covid restrictions on travel, Alpharooms kept my deposit and 2 instalments for my accommodation. I have contacted them numerous times by email and using ‘Resolver’ but they have not even had the decency to respond. They have exploited the devastating impact of the pandemic, to line their own pockets. Demonstrating a total lack of regard, respect or consideration for their customers.

Hotel booking for April 2020 Hotel was closed due to covid. Still waiting for refund. They issued credit note which when you try to use comes up invalid. This company are disgusting were customers rights are involved Don't book with them

Alpha rooms refuse to give me a refund for my Covid cancelled holiday. I checked with the hotel privately and they say they have received no payment from Alpha rooms. So, quite clearly Alpha have pocketed my money for free. I would use the term theft. Hopefully my MP will cause a stir, as thousands have had their money stolen.

I along with thousands of others are unable to get refunds for cancelled flights hotels etc they telling people they have to wait more than a year, if I could score 0 I would Im tired of them saying 'Im sorry' they are not sorry at all
