Do NOT book with Alpha Rooms EasyJet has cancelled our flights and refunded us But Alpha rooms will not give us a refund Avoid this company

Same problem as every other person that has had money stolen from ALPHAROOMS. I have asked this question many times on many different review sites, WHY IS THIS COMPANY NOT IN COURT FOR FRAUD, AND THEFT. There is no excuse now for their getting away with this, they cannot keep using the excuse of the coronavirus epidemic. They are still taking money from the unsuspecting public, Has anyone from the authorities looked at these reviews, and if so why is nothing being done about this diabolical company.

I booked a holiday January 2020 and could not travel with covid. They then issued me a credit note to be refunded after the 31st March 2021 with only the amount for the hotel and not the flights, even though when I contacted the airline they have informed me they issued the refund to alpharooms. I have emailed about the issue and have not received any emails back!

Ibooked a holiday january 2020 paid full amount when i booked 1556 euro they issued me a voucher 1100 euro but cant seem to use it so shocked with them useing them for years cant believe they treat customers so bad it looks like i will have to go further about it

Dont use this company. Holiday booked June 2019, cancelled due to covid, started chasing refund early 2020, still no refund. They don't response to any of my 100's of emails and when you finally get to talk to someone you get told different things about refunds and the dates they will be. 20months on and still no refund, they are awful company no customer care at all. The shouldnt be allowed to trade and treat people like this.

DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We had an awful experience! Awful staff member! Our flight has been completely cancelled to America from Ireland and no refund! They said they can change it to a different date but when is anyone able to travel internationally? They were so unhelpful and she would barely let me speak! Terrible customer service! So we have to go to the lost of the money! Ridiculous!!!!!

Waiting on a refund since July and nobody will respond to me now. Customer service is a joke as is this company. I will never use them again!

Absolutely disgusting that you are told you can't get a refund until a year after your departure date they are a bunch if thieves stealing people's money they should be taken to court and held accountable for this

Booked Apt on return 2019 for same Apt 2020. Due to covid cancelled again. Changed booking to April 2021. Now Euro restrictions Cant Travel. Alpharooms have refused Refund only giving credit. I quoted my rights and argued with a Living Robot who just replied no Refund to everything. 2 years with my money that I cant get back. Never book with them again.

Still awaiting, a refund for a holiday booked for April 2020 They have had my money since January 2020 and are still not willing to give me an exact date when i will get my refund. Terrible customer service.

Booked a Holiday to Egypt Flights, Hotel and Transfers in Aug 2020 with Alpharooms. It was cancelled prior to our departure and before the final payment was due. They still took the final payment knowing the holiday was cancelled. After speaking to them regarding a refund, they said they were waiting for a refund from TUI (the flight operator). I explained, I have spoken to TUI and they confirmed that they had refunded my flight money to Alpharooms and even gave me the card the money was transferred back onto. Been battling with Alpharooms ever since trying to get my refund. Eventually, they sent an email saying to fill out all the information, ATOL Certificate, bank statements showing monies paid etc. Sent all this accross to be told that you would need to wait until March 2021 for a refund. Well here we are, its 31st March and NO REFUND. I think the only way is a small claims court as they do not honour their ATOL membership rules. Why are they able to have this status when they DO NOT refund.

I booked a holiday for August but cancelled two weeks ago as I am not comfortable travelling at the moment due to covid. Today they took money from my account which was unexpected and was there for bills. I rang them and was told that the supplier had not yet cancelled the holiday and it was still active on their system. God only knows how long I’ll be waiting for refund, if I ever get it. Ridiculous.

Avoid this company at all costs. Same issue as everyone else refusing refund. Fobbed off all the time credit voucher, once you state your rights with regard to their terms and conditions commu nication ceases. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Absolutely disasters to deal with... Received email from Aer lingus start of November that my flight had been cancelled for 29th December so was told I would be refunded throw the agent which was alpha rooms I have been ringing almost everyday spoke to atleast 10 different customers service employees jasmine, Lauren Benjamin Mike Hanson kenneth Stanley ANNA ( AND ESPECIALLY REEVES WOULD PROMISE YOU THE WORLD) And today was told the same old stories they haven't received the refund from Aer lingus or that you will have to wait 1 year till fligt was ament to go or we will give a voucher or 3 months till fligt has gone money will be give back that was by floor supervisor Mike which was the only email in writing of alpharooms . Know Stewart greene the manager has told me to be patient for couple more days and all phone calls recorded they have been given me every excuse not to give me my money back €1800.00 know over 6 months waiting still waiting.. ABSOLUTE JOKE STAY WELL CLEAR

Terrible company,was supposed to go on holiday in December, obviously with covid it was cancelled,we have the credit but they keep saying no to a refund,why should they have 1200 pounds of my money,it should be in my bank account,going to try and take the matter further.

As many have said still waiting for a refund a year after travel was supposed to commence just contacted them and told that the financial department would be in touch within 1 week to arrange my refund t.b.h I don't have much faith in this phone call ever occurring. Would of given no stars but option didn't exist
