“I have waited all day for the delivery when I got text saying that the driver tried to deliver but no one was home. I waited until I got the text. I called DHL and they claimed it was attempted at 3pm .I was watching for the delivery truck and no tracking company tried to deliver anything

“My package has not been delivered after I paid the custom fees and I still don't understand why it cannot be delivered after the custom fees ? It has taken too long time to be delivered compared to the DHL in Asia ,it has better customer service”
“Status said "Deliver Feb 13" then Feb 10 - Status says Returned. WTF? They didn't even try to deliver because it was returned on the 10th....its not even the 13th yet! They really suck, and there is no way to actually get Live Customer Support! Good luck getting anything shipped by DHL..no delivery I have ever had has been smooth. Thank heavens not may people use it.
NOT to mention I actually paid to have the product sent FedEx, but that is on the merchant. They should know better than to use DHL”
“A packet was sent over dhl 14 November from Australia, never arrived because in Madrid they didn't know that my city exists in Gran Canaria. It was resent to Australie and 2 January posted again. It arrived 27 January in the depot, and they should deliver it after a phone call when they arrive at my complex, what they never did. I had to take my packet up in the depot, what for me is 120 km driving. Next time I will let you do 140 steps to go to my door for delivery. Roger Vandezande”

“Tracking said it was going to be delivered on 01/28/25 yet it was in Arizona and I’m in New Mexico, first red flag. Get a picture of my order that is nowhere near my home. Take time on my lunch break to go and and see and to find out it’s no where near me. Was told they were going to contact the drivers to pick it back up. Received an email saying it’s been deemed “unlocatable” and to contact the merchant that they were closing my case without doing anything further. Disgusting customer service on the drivers end for being so careless. Peoples hard earned money is just being thrown away. If I can put 0 stars I would that’s what they deserve.”
“Sent 8 packages from Germany to the Philippines in August of 2024 at a cost of several hundred euros. Two of the packages arrived and the rest are apparently lost in DHL Hell. Never will I use DHL again. Packages were not returned to my German address nor sent to the Philippines. Worst customer service ever, DO NOT USE DHL. I'm out some 2000 euros with no recourse. I would give them a negative star after how they ruint my Christmas. Never again.”
“DHL VIOLATED its own policy to collect fees prior to delivery. I WAS NOT
GOING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY due to these unexpected charges for
customs. I was on vacation and the packages were left on my porch
WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR PAYMENT. Three separate orders on two
different days. I was then invoiced three customs duty charges for each item. I was unaware of these extra charges. I was never given the chance to deny the shipment as outlined in email, text message and phone voicemail communication from DHL. My total charges from DHL and the company for shipping amounted to $262!!!”
“Waardeloos hoe ze met klachten om gaan. Meerdere pakketten verzonden naar regio Apeldoorn. En 2 met schade klacht. Alles via de chat ingevuld. (al erg onpersoonlijk mbt klacht) foto's en factuur . Krijg je een mail dat ze foto van de buitenkant doos en label moeten hebben anders kunnen ze niets. Het zijn standaard mails wat betreft de teksten. Tis je gewoon aan het lijntje houden. Vroeg of laat gaan jullie de rekening betalen voor deze werkwijze DHL. Schande. 2 x 57,95 moeten vergoeden dus eigenlijk 4x gestuurd. Te triest dat jullie niet je verantwoording hierin nemen. Voor ons nooit meer DHL.”
“DHL is the worst delivery company in the world. I ordered my husband the new jordan 11 retro for his birthday and they stole my sh%#. They took a photo where my package was delivered and it was in the the wrong city at the wrong address. Also stated that the the delivery tracking ticket was delivered to my address when it wasnt. Put in a claim that took two weeks for them to only say that my package was delivered to me and that they close my ticket claim l. Had to call the merchant where I brought the shoes from put in a police report for them to look into it and investigate that ended up for them to refund my money please do not have DHL deliver your expensive sh$@ because you will not get them and for the sh%#y a$$ driver who stole my sh$& i hope it was worth it and i hope you fu$@ your self 🤬”
“Appalling service. Paid express delivery for animal PMO medication. On second day got a message on tracker to say delayed. Deliver next day. 2 days later still no parcel and no communication from DHL. You can’t speak to anyone. They ignore your messages. My supplier has now lost a customer because of them. Now there is strong animal medication out there somewhere …..and my animal is in pain. Will order with someone who doesn’t use DHl from now on”
