Sent a package for elderly parents in Philippines. They never got it because DHL held it for all kinds of ridiculous reasons that didn’t make sense (I later talked to a top supervisor who admitted those reasons were not supposed t have stopped them from delivering, but she did come up with a new one). They abandoned it at a warehouse without my knowledge and only told me a few days before it had reached its holding time limit and now I had to give them hundreds of dollars back and personal documents (that would take days to weeks to acquire) to maybe get it back or maybe never in a few weeks. How does that make sense when it was all their doing/errors that caused this? They always point back to the customer saying its their fault. Even if you reach out to them, they won’t help you in any profitable way. I sent that package to help my parents physically and one parent ended up in the ER and might have been prevented if she had had what she needed. DHL is evil. Don’t use. I lost almost a thousand dollars with shipping, contents, and international phone fees dealing with them for 3 months and they didn’t give back one penny. It is a evil organization.

I do not understand how they can stay in business. A 200 mile delivery, was 10 days. Trying to contact them is like pulling hens teeth. When you get a representative on the phone, they are impossible to understand. Then if you could understand them they don't have a clue what you try to tell them. WORTHLESS, WORTHLESS, WORTHLESS!!!

Totally untrustworthy. We’re a small farm looking to expand our beef sales. The last two deliveries have been ‘lost’ in the system. The latest one was due to be collected on Wednesday; the wrong parcel was collected. On Thursday the beef was collected and due to be delivered on Friday. Now, on Saturday, still hasn’t arrived so it will be unsafe now and no one is in the office to trace it. I’ll never, never use DHL again.

I had a warranty repair that I had to send to Italy, organised by the manufacturer there. No problem with that. DHL picked it up and off it went. The manufacturer sent the repair back and the problems started. The item was stuck in customs at first, and now is in Leeds being held for ‘shipping related fees’ to be paid. The manufacturer has authorised DHL to charge this to their account, but DHL appear to be inept and a week later still won’t resolve the issues for delivery. One minute they say they are dealing with it, the other they tell me to contact the manufacturer again. Their customer service is useless and if the agent on the chat is being asked questions beyond their intelligence, they just terminate the chat. They refuse to tell me what the problem is as I am not the sender. How the hell am I supposed to contact an Italian company to explain there is a problem with a parcel when I don’t know what the problem is? I am in limbo with my property stuck in a depot. Extremely poor service.

DANGER DANGER DANGER If you see a good review they wrote it..... Amazon should be banned from working with them.... there should be some sort of Class Action Suit.... This is a Knowingly Willingly Premeditated Scam.....They give you tracking numbers that don't even exist.... I'm curious as to why the Better Business Bureau hasn't shut this place down.... the reviews say it all

Waybill number 9195094904. Sheer incompetence. My Panasonic Eva 1 camera has gone missing because of the incompetence of this company. On a previous issue with the same camera (waybill 7691233675) the DHL driver left it with a neighbour without putting a card through the door. I only found out that it was there because I logged on to the website to see what had happened. This time, the package didn't turn up, and I looked on the DHL website to see that it "had been delivered" . Tried to find out where it had been delivered. The "get signature proof of delivery" bit wouldn't work. Strange, thinks I. I get on to Panasonic Broadcast servicing in Wales who booked the courier and they said, after getting in touch with DHL, that the driver was claiming that he had delivered to my address, even though he didn't get a signature, and that there was a note on the door, with the name "Molbin" There was no note on the door, there is no name like "Molbin" related to any of the documentation on the package. The driver has lied about delivering to my address, and he has broken contract by not getting a signature. Where is my camera ? I await DHL reply with interest. Legal action on the way if my camera is not found.

There is nothing I need badly enough to ever buy from a company that uses DHL Horrible service, horrible customer service, horribly overpriced. Any company that uses them will never get my business.

Paid £8.99 for courier delivery. I sat waiting for the time given, 11:42 and 12:42. I nipped to the bathroom, and when I looked on the camera, he had gone. Neighbors were in on both sides; he could have knocked there. He also could have put it in the yard. They are supposed to ring you on the attempt of delivery. He literally tapped on the door and drove away. He was meant to be on the way to the local service store but wasn't there. Thanks, DHL. Now, my nephew has no present for his mam for Mother's Day. I have one upset child. This company should be closed down.

DHL lied, denied, swept me aside. I was overseas and sent a package homeward with DHL to arrive when I returned- it was small enough not to need to pay customs. DHL sent it back without informing me, lied about calling me 3 times, denied any wrongdoing, and refused to refund. I'm a poor student and had to pay over 100$ again. I went with FedEx next, which is far more reliable.

worst delivery service ever. couple of my packages are delayed. after their estimated delivery date have past I wrote them an email to ask for assistance. their reason for delay is because of the high volume of shipments and there is no EDD available! i mean isn't high volume of shipment good for their business? how is it a surprise? isn't moving stuffs is what they're supposedly good at? I just don't understand their business guarantee of getting your packages before the holidays and then screw up in the process - fundamental criteria of a scam! If you have other options, stay away from DHL. Otherwise put a review because technically that's the only thing you can do when you've already paid for their service.

Wow, not surprized by lookiing at such a low rating for DHL Toronto. The worst service. They moved their call center to probably india. A lot of back ground noise, echo your voice and the people there still need a lot of experience. Too difficult to get what you want. Useless and non professional. I dont understand, if they cant meet their expenses why do they keep ruining users business? They do not deserve any single star

Try to avoid DHL as much as you can. Use agent who can help you do the custom clearance. This company intend to hold your package to charge daily storage fee. and Lie about the shipment.

A parcel was sent from Germany to Georgia. After parcel came to Tbilisi it was sent back to the shipper without any reasons. No calls to receiver or shipper. Phones were provided to DHL. They have new different reasons every time I ask them to explain the situation. Awful service, will never use it again. Only spend time and money.

There are no words left to say.I just tired to contact them every day , to speak with a different person without actual result or information.Have passed more than 15 days for my order and more than 5 days from their last official message that said that I have to go to pick up the parcel by myself to the post office. I don't know what happened with them ,have they lost the packet ? I am so frustrated because i have spent so much time in a circle of lies of a company that need to be closed for our own good.There are only bad reviews, people get angry and nobody cares.Please don't sent me another message you are unacceptable.

I totally understand why they need 5 days to transport a product inside Germany, from one city 300 klm distance, to another.When they achieve to reach the final destination, then it becomes so difficult : You have to leave your full time job , take a few days off, for holidays or something because dhl is coming to your house. Or maybe not: After few more days passed ,you will realise that they are not capable to achieve such an extremely difficult job.Maybe it is your turn to do something. Although you have to wait a few days more, because they will sent you , an email to inform you, that you have to go to the shop nearby to pick up your parcel.ok totally understand, but at what day , hour , minute you are going to sent me that email ?
